Isn't the exposed brick and vintage-slash-industrial vibe so cool? I really like its quirkiness--it looks like it would be super fun and memorable.

We would hire Skillet Street Food to do our catering... Skillet is a local company that converts old Airstream campers into traveling commercial-grade kitchens and then tours around to office parks, events and farmers markets serving bistro-style lunches.

Our guests would nosh on Skillet's signature burgers with cambazola, arugula and bacon jam and hand-cut fries:

I tried this burger and Skillet's jalapeno watermelon juice last summer when Skillet came to a spot near school when I was studying for the bar exam... so good!
And our guests could take home their very own jar of bacon jam to go:

And maybe we would splurge for Hell's Belles, the all-female AC/DC tribute band I mentioned a while back.
